"Holiness Unto the Lord"

We want to reiterate Camp Policies for all families in regards to what is expected when at camp, campers and visiting times with children, etc. Once you have read through them all, you must check the box that you understand and agree with the policies so there is no misunderstanding.

  • ARRIVAL BY CAR - If arriving by car, remember that the Cottage and Village areas are NOT open until 1:30 PM. All cars will be held at the entrance of camp until that time.
  • EXPECTATION OF CAMP - Parents should make clear to their child that their absolute best behavior is a must while away from home. If parents' high expectations are made clear to their children, it is always easier to deal with them if it becomes necessary. Camp life sometimes requires adjustment, understanding, tolerance, and plain obedience on the part of youngsters. A simple, straight talk beforehand will go a long way.
  • WHAT NOT TO BRING - Please DO NOT allow campers to bring cell phones, watches with WIFI access or game devices; guns, knives, comic books, chewing gum, or (for safety's sake) earrings. If they do, they will be confiscated upon arrival and will be returned at the end of the period.
  • PACKING - Pack enough clothes to last the entire 2 weeks while at camp. Use the packing list for reference on what to bring.
  • PHONE CALLS—Because of the inaccessibility of the phone, please do not call your child except in case of great emergency. In that situation, please call the office directly so that we can handle appropriately.
  • VISITING—Campers may be visited only immediately following the Sunday morning service, before the noon meal; or (Monday through Saturday) at the beach during early afternoon swim time—but only if weather permits beach activities. The beach is closed if weather is cool or thunderstorms are in the area. This standard camp policy is strictly enforced.
  • MEDICINES—If your child takes either prescription or over-the-counter medication, please be sure they bring an adequate supply in the original containers. Please note that we are prohibited by law to dispense any medication to your child (including over-the-counter) unless we have on file a Medical Authorization Form for your child completed and signed by a physician. If a child has ear problems, please send ear plugs for water activities.
  • CAMPER PICKUPS - If arriving at camp to pick up your child, it is important that you are there between 9:30 - 10:00 A.M.
  • RESTRICTED AREAS - The Cottage & Village Area is off limits at all times, except on Sunday following the morning service until lunch time.
  • CAMPERS TRAVELING BY PLANE - Cell phones can be used until they arrive at camp. They will then be confiscated until the end of the period. Camp is not responsible to make arrangements for rides to airports or bus stops.
